The Data Integration Hub serves as a central data integration platform, processing real-time data streams from various data sources and production systems within VPBank's ecosystem. After 12 weeks of implementation, VPBank's Data Integration Hub has officially gone live with advanced features, becoming a foundation for advanced data analytics and other data value extracting operations.

The Data Integration Hub, built by TechX, serves as a crucial data center to optimize operational costs and support VPBank in timely querying and analyzing data for business operations. It is an indispensable component in establishing a modern infrastructure for data storage, analysis, and processing on AWS cloud platform, laying the groundwork for processing modern data sources and applying advanced analytics tools to address VPBank's future business challenges.
Optimized Operational Costs
Modernizing the existing data processing system from Oracle Database to native cloud services on AWS has addressed the cost and licensing challenges associated with querying from Oracle Database. Preliminary estimates suggest that this transition has optimized nearly 50% of the operational costs compared to using the initial Oracle Data Base.
Reduced Data Delivery Time to 60 Seconds
With the new system, VPBank now has a real-time automated data processing pipeline, fully ready for more effective data utilization to support business operations. Compared to the previous batch-based data processing and daily data distribution, the new system has reduced data delivery time to just 60 seconds. The successful implementation of the Data Integration Hub and modernization of the data distribution system has initially laid a solid foundation for VPBank on its journey to complete the big data and artificial intelligence architecture, applying it to the entire ecosystem of over 30 million customers.
